1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Lucky 555 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Lucky 555 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage. If a player is found to be under 18, any winnings will be voided and the account will be closed immediately. Deposits made by underage users will be returned where it is practicable to do so, but Lucky 555 accepts no liability for losses arising from underage use of the platform.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or depositing.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be the owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account at Lucky 555. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you accidentally create a second account, notify support immediately.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may lead to account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Lucky 555 will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately to secure the account.

• One account per person: Multiple accounts by the same individual are not permitted.
• Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful and kept up to date.

• Shared accounts: Sharing your account credentials with any other person is not allowed.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Lucky 555 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may be updated from time to time.

A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Lucky 555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using a payment method belonging to another person will be treated as a breach of these terms, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are paid out in PKR directly to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the cashier at the time you initiate the request. There is no cap on the number of withdrawal requests you can submit. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks before processing, which Lucky 555 may conduct at its discretion.

• Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for amounts above certain thresholds.
• Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until conditions are satisfied.
• Lucky 555 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the financial institution involved.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer at the time it is presented to you.

Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be played through before they become available for withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

• Lucky 555 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Play Rules

All games available on the Lucky 555 platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms and any other game variants — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these terms, the game-specific rules apply to gameplay outcomes.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing and drawing processes conducted by live dealers. Lucky 555 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Bets placed and accepted by the platform are final. Errors made by the player — such as placing an unintended bet size — are not grounds for a refund.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault before completion, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state. Where this is not possible, the stake for the incomplete round will be returned to your account balance.
• Lucky 555 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error by the platform or where a game malfunction has affected the outcome.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Odds and available markets are updated in real time and may be suspended or removed before or during an event at Lucky 555's discretion.

All bets placed on the sports betting section are subject to the following conditions:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If odds change during the bet placement process, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new odds.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play required for settlement, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid if confirmed by the system prior to the suspension.

9 VIP Programme

The Lucky 555 VIP programme is open to all registered players. Progression through VIP tiers — Gold, Platinum and Diamond — is based on cumulative activity on the platform. Specific thresholds for each tier are set out in the VIP section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

• VIP status is earned through real-money play only. Bonus-funded play may count at a reduced rate towards tier progression as specified in the VIP terms.
• VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits and dedicated support access — apply from the moment a player reaches the relevant tier.
• Lucky 555 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or withdraw VIP benefits if a player is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance — including real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Lucky 555 will notify the account holder of the closure and the reason where it is appropriate and lawful to do so.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. If your account has a positive real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure, a withdrawal will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to any pending verification requirements.

14 Changes to These Terms
